  4. Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon Receipt and Inspection

  • If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  1. Can I return a used neck pillow?
    No, we cannot accept returns of neck pillows that have been used or show signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Can I return a neck pillow if it was delivered on time?
    We do not accept returns for items delivered within the specified delivery time frame (2-14 business days).
  3. Can I return a neck pillow because I changed my mind after using it?
    Unfortunately, once a neck pillow has been used, it cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition.

    Yes! As long as the neck pillow is unused and meets our return criteria, you can return it. Please ensure you have the order number or gift receipt.

Return Method Options

By Mail:

  • For defective products, we provide free return shipping.
  • For customer remorse or accidental orders, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Please note, there is no restocking fee for returns.
